# How to Access your INTR Rewards from the Interlay Polkadot Crowdloan
### How to claim your INTR tokens
1. **Export** your Fearless Wallet account **to polkadot.js** using this [tutorial](https://wiki.fearlesswallet.io/accounts/walkthrough/exporting-and-importing-a-wallet-using-a-passphrase).
2. Navigate to [polkadot.js](https://polkadot.js.org/apps/?rpc=wss%3A%2F%2Fapi.interlay.io%2Fparachain#/accounts) (be sure to select Interlay chain at the top right, click on the previous link to be redirected automatically). If you're asked, update the metadata:
If you don’t see your account in the list, please open the extension in the top right of your browser, then on **three dots** next to your account and be sure it is set on **Allow to use on any chain:**
